Your consultation, one furniture layout, a visual concept board, up to eight product selections with shopping links, a presentation, and one consolidated round of revisions.

If you begin with the $275 consultation, that fee applies toward the $1,250 total. Furniture, product taxes, and retailer shipping or delivery are separate. You buy directly from retailers. Together, we can consider furniture scale, arrangement, comfort, and selections that fit your priorities and budget. The scope and timing of your project are agreed in writing before booking.

Do I need to replace all my furniture?

No. We’ll start with the pieces you already have, what you enjoy about them, and what needs to change. Rearranging or selectively adding pieces may be the right next step.

What areas do you serve?

I’m based in Tigard and focus on homes west of the Willamette River, including Tigard, Beaverton, Tualatin, Sherwood, Lake Oswego, and Southwest Portland. Your location and any travel charge will be listed in your written total and approved by you before booking.

Do you order the furniture for me?

You purchase directly from the retailers you choose. For the room-plan service, I provide product selections and shopping links. Retailers handle payment, availability, shipping, delivery, and returns under their own terms.

What is included in the consultation fee?

The $275 fee covers preparation, one 90-minute home visit for one living room or family room, a one-page recommendation brief, and one follow-up clarification. The timing of the brief and follow-up is confirmed in your written scope before booking. Furniture, a full scaled room plan, and a sourced shopping list are separate from this consultation. Furniture, product taxes, and retailer shipping or delivery are separate. Any travel, additional work, or applicable tax on our service is listed in your written total and approved by you before booking.

Can you help with finishes and materials?

We can discuss materials and finishes as they relate to your room’s furniture, comfort, and overall direction. These services focus on furnishings and room arrangement. Renovation design or construction work would need a separate scope and the appropriate professionals.

How should I prepare?

For your first inquiry, a short description of the room and the decision you want help with is enough. Please leave out your full address, sensitive information, and identifiable household photos. We can agree what further details are needed before a consultation.
